It's hard to say - "paying everyone the same" can mean so many different things to different people

Yes - so many of the issues affecting wages are due to factors outside of people's control that it's not fair to pay them differently

No - people should be rewarded differently for different types of work, and trying to make things equal could cause more problems than it solves

It's complicated - some jobs are worth more, but our perception of what makes a job worth more or less money is tied up with lots of other prejudices
